Course Description
This course is designed to provide students with a knowledgeable foundation of health and wellness issues and practices. The course also provides students the opportunity to participate in lifelong fitness activities, and individual and dual sports. The goal of the course is to prepare students with the knowledge necessary for making appropriate decisions regarding their health and wellness.
