 Vonda Bruce--Fifth Grade
My name is Vonda Bruce and I am excited to be a part of the fifth grade team at Croft Middle School. Previously, I’ve taught fifth grade for two years at Glendale Middle and three years at Martha Vaught Middle. As I begin my ninth year teaching in Davidson County, I am privileged and looking forward to another great year.
I am a native of Knoxville, Tennessee, but moved to Clarksville, Tennessee in 1997. Then in 2000, I moved to Nashville after receiving a B.S. Degree in Elementary Education at Austin Peay University. I am happily married and blessed to be the mother of my four year old daughter, Cate, and two year old daughter Stella. We are also proud to announce that we are currently expecting our third child in February. In my spare time, I enjoy photography, exercising, decorating, and most importantly, spending time with my family and friends.
I have learned and feel strongly that education, in every aspect, is a vital part of life. I ask you to help me make this experience a positive and successful year.
