Course Description
This course is designed to teach all aspects of the game of tennis. It also allows for each student the opportunity to develop appreciation, enjoyment, and success of physical fitness and its relation to lifetime activity.
Course of Study
This proposed sequential order for teaching this unit is terminology, rules, scoring, skill development, and practice involved in court and lawn tennis. Singles, doubles, and tournament play will also be taught.
