Welcome to the Technology Rotation Weekly Newsletter! I hope you will find it useful in determining what your child is learning in Technology classes for the week.
Keyboarding
All classes spend time on keyboarding skills. Usually between 10-15 minutes at the beginning of the class period is devoted to increasing accuracy and speed on the keyboard. We use a program called Typing Time that I monitor to see how each student is progressing. All classes have already begun these lessons.

Vocabulary Quizzes
Each week students will be given a list of vocabulary words to study. They will receive the list at the beginning of the week. We will do review activities with the words throughout the week and have a quiz over the words on Fridays. Students are also expected to copy the words and their definitions and turn those in for a grade. This occurs on a weekly basis.
