• Discussion concerning parent disagreements with MNPS staff

• The Department of Special Education needs a process for handling parent disagreements
• The MNPS call center has a process for handling parent disagreements

• Town Hall meeting

• Flyers and e-mails will be sent to each school
• Information is being sent to the media and posted on the website
• Reviewed and set the agenda for the Town Hall meeting
• Will use Avi and parent as co-presenter/facilitator
• Note cards will be passed out at the door for questions
• Parents will collect the questions and sort by topic
• Invited Sandy Burton for transportation questions
• FACE members will be introduced
