Life Skills Classes

Croft Design Center is home to three Life Skills Classes.  Under the direction of teachers Amy D'Angelo, Kristen Garrett, and Sherry Rochat, the students in these classes learn the basics of reading and math as well as important skills such as cooking, planting, housekeeping, technology, and working together.  These students are privileged to attend the Special Olympics every year, and also take part in lots of field trips, including monthly visits to the Nashville Zoo.  Many of our regular education students enjoy working cooperatively with the Life Skills students. We are fortunate to have these wonderful students at our school!

Life Skills Goes Bowling!

Our Life Skills students went bowling on September 9, 2008.  They had a super time!
