Big Dreams come true!!!

Pictured above is Ms. Armani Bumphus, one of our fourth graders. She is the winner of a contest where she submitted an essay for Teach for America's Community Writing Contest. Because of Armani's will to help her school, Chadwell will become the home of an outdoor classroom that is a replica of what is written in her essay! Armani says, "I felt so happy and it made me and my family proud!" when she learned that she was the winner. We are so very proud of you too Armani! The outdoor classroom project will begin June 2014. It is being sponsored and constructed by volunteers from Boy Scouts of America and Vanderbilt.
