Rose Park Math & Science Magnet School provides a quality middle school education in a friendly environment. Since the student population does not exceed 450, and as a magnet school students do not transition into the school through out the year; the stable population fosters greater communication between teachers and students. It also allows students to feel that they play an important roll in the school. Additionally, as a magnet, students are expected to make their academic achievement a high priority. Since our main focus incorporates math and science, all students participate in the middle school science fair.
Parents play a vital role in the success of the school. Not only do they assist their children in organizational skills and with academics, they actively participate in activities and have a voice in school climate. |
