The Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools announces a vacancy in the following position:

SPECIAL EDUCATION - EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANTS
10 Month -- Pay Grade 4 – Base Hourly Rate $10.46

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS:

48 hours of academic college credit from an accredited college or university; or a passing score of 456 on the ParaPro Assessment test. Experience working with special needs children preferred.

Provides support for the educational, social, emotional and behavioral growth of children with disabilities under the direct supervision of the classroom teacher and the administrative direction of the principal.
