The Metropolitan Nashville Board of Education announces a vacancy in the following position:

ROUTING SPECIALIST
TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT
12  months – Grade 9  - Base Hourly Rate - $16.72

Split-Shift

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or G.E.D required. Computer skills and experience in reading and interpreting maps preferred.

Candidate must have the ability to work early morning and /or late evening hours. . Possess the ability to maintain the multiple databases of Edulog routing software, serve as system technician for the Edulog system, computer files, performing necessary backups and computer file maintenance, enter new and updated student information, assign students to bus stops, perform optimization simulations, prepare and print plots, reports and maps for use by drivers and other applicable individuals.
