My name is Wareeda Farrukh. I graduated with an M.A. in English Language and Literature and M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction with concentration in Teaching English to Non-Native Speakers. I have been teaching for 8 years and have experience working with different ages, grade levels and ethnicities. This is my fourth year at Croft and I will be working with 5^th and 6^th grade English Learners (EL). I love teaching and especially ELs as I learned English as my second language as well. It is an exciting career with a great margin to be creative, compassionate and effective.

I am married and a mother to an amazing 4 year old. I love reading, traveling, and spending time with my family.
