Informational Technology/Data Management – the key focus areas will be:
- Data-informed decision making that is used by everyone in the district, with principals, teachers and district administration trained to look at student data to develop highly-effective strategies to help students.
Central Office Reorganization – key changes include:
- The Central Office will be organized to support the continuous improvement of teaching, learning, and instructional leadership.
- The highest yield instructional support and leadership strategies will be school based and close to the classroom.
- Move resources from the Central Office into the schools
