• Students currently zoned to Old Center Elementary School in area 5-D are rezoned to Alex Green.
• Students currently zoned to Joelton Elementary School and Joelton Middle School who live in 11-A are rezoned to Alex Green Elementary School and Brick Church Middle School. However, these students have the option to continue attending both schools in Joelton with transportation provided.
• Robert E. Lillard @ Kings Lane will have a small zone added to its current program. Students who live in areas  11-B and 11-F will be zoned to Lillard. Area 11-F is currently zoned to Alex Green
• Cumberland, while area 11-B is currently zoned to Alex Green.
  Cumberland will gain students in 11-H from Bordeaux.
• Bordeaux will gain students 11-J from Alex Green.
• Ewing Park Middle School will close as a zoned middle school for the Whites Creek Cluster. For next year only, the new Madison Middle School will be located at Ewing Park while the Madison facility is renovated.
• Students from Alex Green and Bordeaux will feed into Brick Church.
• Students from Cumberland, Joelton ES and Lillard will feed into Joelton Middle.
