Mrs. Starks was born and raised in Winchester, Tennessee. She received a B.S degree in Medical Technology from Middle Tennessee State University. For many years, she worked as a Product Designer in the Food Industry and as a Substitute teacher before becoming the Media Specialist Assistant at Croft.
