To log in to the STUDY ISLAND site, you need to do the following:

STEP 1: Click the STUDY ISLAND icon below

STEP 2: Log in to the page.

If your name were John Smith then you would sign in as below...

USERNAME:  J.SMITH@jtm

PASSWORD: jtm

First letter of your first name DOT and then your last name.  ALL CAPS @ jtm

The password to start is jtm (lower case).  

STEP THREE: Once you sign in you will then change your password.

STEP FOUR: Go to Social Studies and take the NEXT assigned test that is waiting for you.

You need to be Ad= Advanced or Pf= Proficient by the deadline for that test.  (Usually Friday of each week)

Take the test as many times as you need to be Proficient.

Once you make a Pf you will then be allowed to play some of the games associated with the test material.

Ad= 100      Pf= 85      NP= 70  in the gradebook.

When taking the tests be sure to use the DEFAULT number of questions.
