QUALIFICATIONS:   Bachelors Degree (Masters Degree Preferred.  Data emphasis preferred.  Applicant must have knowledge and skills using the Tennessee Standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:   The Data Coaches report to the Executive Director of Research, Assessment and Evaluation.  These positions provide support to instructional coaches and other key school staff in the interpretation and use of student data.  They work collaboratively with assigned schools to assist with data reporting, school improvement planning, and professional development in the areas of data technology and test development, administration and utilization.
