LABORER - SKILLED
Plant Operations and Maintenance Services
12 Months – Pay Grade 3 – Base Hourly Pay $10.31
EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS:
High School Diploma or GED.One (1) year experience in general laboring work; valid Tennessee Driver’s License.
Working knowledge of plant maintenance equipment; knowledge of the tools related to the maintenance trades; knowledge of grounds maintenance and operations; knowledge of grounds equipment and tools; knowledge of safety rules and regulations pertaining to equipment and tools usage, ability to follow verbal and written directions; ability to complete assignments with minimum supervision; ability to work independently and successfully; ability to learn methods and procedures of various maintenance jobs; ability to work outside in varying weather conditions from hot to cold; ability to bend, stoop, walk extended periods; ability to lift up to seventy-five pounds (75 lbs); ability to safely operate grounds equipment.
