The Metropolitan Nashville Board of Education announces a vacancy in the listed position.Persons who are qualified and are interested in applying for this position must complete an on-line application.The position is open until a candidate is selected.
Bachelor’s Degree required.Experience in or knowledge of public school systems and Federal programs.Knowledge of JDE accounting system used by MNPS.
Primarily responsibility is to review contracts submitted to the Office of Federal Programs and Grants and oversee payment request on invoices resulting from services called for in contracts.Assists the Purchasing Department in reviewing contracts slated for Federal Funds in the area of, but not limited to, the evaluation of the scope of work and deliverables to assure compliance with grant requirements and regulations.
