12 Months – Pay Grade 6 – Base Hourly Rate - $12.19

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS:

 

High School Diploma or equivalent supplemented by training and demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spread sheets, and data base applications. Three (3) years of progressively responsible secretarial experience preferably in a public school setting.

 

Prepares, completes and issues reports; responsible for all bookkeeping activities; organizes and updates files; maintains and balances accounts and assists in collecting and depositing monies when necessary; processes student files; requests missing information and adjusts current records to ensure accurate and efficient management of files and records.
