Cafeteria Assistant – Food Service – 6.0 Hrs. - 10 Months - Pay Grade 1

 Base Hourly Rate - $9.97

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS:

 

High School Diploma or GED.  One (1) year of quantity food preparation experience preferred.

 

Knowledge of the basic techniques in food preparation; knowledge and skill in the use and care of kitchen equipment; knowledge of sanitation and safety requirements relating to kitchen, equipment, and food prep; ability to follow oral and written instructions; ability to follow recipes, measure ingredients and food portions for serving; ability to stand for long periods of time; ability to do manual work.  Must be able to fluently speak, read and write English.
