My name is Rosemary Wade and I am the Visual Arts Teacher for Croft Middle School. I am a working artist as well and have produced many art pieces from fiber as well as watercolors. Currently, I have two pieces at the Governors Mansion and one art piece at the Hermitage, Home of Andrew Jackson. Several art pieces travel in international traveling exhibits. I was selected last year by the Biltmore House as the outstanding Franklin Businesswoman. Big surprise! I teach after school in Williamson and Davidson County privately and in various school programs.
I love to cook and in the summers usually work in an area restaurant to hone those skills. I love to make cakes and the largest one was for Cool Springs Galleria that was eight six foot tables in size. I enjoy reading, traveling, and taking photographs.
My oldest son, John, recently graduated from Colorado with a degree in environmental chemistry. My youngest son, Chris, is majoring in landscape design at Nashville Tech.
