Amy D'Angelo--Life Skills

Mrs. D'Angelo began teaching seventeen years ago as a resource teacher in an elementary school in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. She taught at the same school for the next thirteen years and took on many different responsibilities. In addition to teaching the resource class, she taught the gifted and talented class and was the Exceptional Student Education Specialist in charge of all the special education classes in the school.

After thirteen years in South Florida, it was time for a change, so Mrs. D'Angelo and her husband relocated to New York where she taught a Life Skills class. After surviving one of the worst winters in 300 years (112 inches of snow!), they decided New York was NOT the place for them! They then moved to Nashville where she continued to teach at Apollo Middle School.

Mrs. D'Angelo  knows this year will bring many wonderful experiences!
