Before you make a choice about your child's school, please call the school and make plans to visit. Most schools will arrange for one-on-one tours and may even allow you to see a classroom in action.
It is vitally important to gather as much information about schools before you make your choices, and the most important information is gathered with your own eyes. Beyond numbers, letter grades, neighbors' opinions, and reputation, actually seeing a school in person is the best way to truly learn about it.
You can make arrangement to visit a school by calling the front office. Our School Lists have complete contact information for every public school in Metro Nashville. To see a list of schools available on the Optional Schools Application, visit the Apply page.
