The mission of the Customer Service Center is to provide quality and timely information and service to the parents and employees of Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools and to the taxpayers of Nashville all of whom are our customers.

How do I request assistance with a service or file a complaint about a concern?

Customers may request assistance with services or file complaints in the Customer Service Center in person, by telephone or by email. Click here to find out more or contact us at 259-INFO Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Where does my child attend school?
Click Find Our Schools or call us at 259-INFO. Be prepared to provide your address including your house number.

Where can I see information and test results on my child’s school?
Click School List to find your child’s school and click on “Profile” to see information. In addition, you may click on the school name and you will be linked to the school’s web site or click or “Map” and see the school’s zone.

Is my child eligible for transportation and where is the bus stop for my home?
Click Buses & Transportation, read, and follow the directions. Or call us at 259-INFO.

Where can I get information on MTA bus transportation for this year?
Click MTA, for information. Or call us at 259-INFO.

What choices do I have beyond the school to which my child is zoned?
Click Magnet & Optional to choose from the “Magnet and Optional Schools” menu.

What are the MNPS teaching and learning standards?
Click on "Programs" and choose from the various options offered on this page.

Where can I find the MNPS Policies and Standard Operating Procedures?

What are the employment opportunities and how may I apply?

How do I verify a diploma or obtain school records?
For information on obtaining school records, click here. If you simply need to verify a student's receipt of diploma, send a fax requesting that information to our Records Department at 291-6098.

How do I verify employment with MNPS?
Visit the Human Resources site at www.hr.mnps.org or call 259-8607.

Our Customer Service is open from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday on regular school days. For school holidays, Customer Service hours are the same as Central Office hours of operation, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. We look forward to assisting you during normal business hours
