Timekeeping must accurately reflect all hours worked and should be recorded on a daily basis. It is the responsibility of the staff member to accurately complete and submit their timesheet to their supervisor for their signature. Misrepresentation of hours worked or forgery is a violation of the law, as well as MNPS policy. Any falsification or misrepresentation of time and attendance information may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination. MNPS must keep an accurate record of time worked in order to calculate employee pay and benefits.
