Board Meetings

The Metropolitan Nashville Board of Public Education regularly holds two public meetings on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month unless otherwise advertised.

Board Appearance Guidelines

• Members of the public are invited to speak to the Board during the meeting on the second Tuesday of each month.
• Please take special note of the deadline for public participation in the guidelines.
  • Only those who sign up by noon on the Monday prior to the Tuesday Board of Education meeting will be on the list of speakers. 
• Remarks should pertain to the business of the school district.
• Anyone signing up after the deadline will be added to next month's speaker list.

Accommodations

• Requests should be made as soon as possible, but 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting is recommended.
