The MNPS Transition Fair brings together organizations that support students as they move into adulthood. Families can talk directly with agencies that help with college and training, jobs, independent living, and community connections.

• Juniors and seniors will attend the event from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
• Families and students age 14 and over can attend from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
