MNPS Seniors Shine in National Merit Scholarship Program

Hume-Fogg National Merit Scholarship Semifinalists

Twelve MNPS students have been named semifinalists in the 2026 National Merit Scholarship Program after scoring in the top 1 percent of all high school seniors in the United States on the PSAT during their junior year.

These students are among more than 16,000 from across the country who were named semifinalists for college scholarships totaling nearly $26 million to be awarded next spring. National Merit Scholarship recipients are selected based on skills, accomplishments, and potential for success in rigorous college studies.

Congratulations to each of these outstanding students!
