The MNPS Transition Fair brings together organizations that support students as they move into adulthood. Families can talk directly with agencies that help with college and training, jobs, independent living, and community connections.
Come ask questions, explore options, and find the right next steps for your student.

- 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for students age 14 and over and families.
