Using Campus Portal, families and students can see real-time class and assignment grades, homework, test scores, due dates, attendance information, discipline incidents and more. 

Is Your Contact Information Current?

It is vital your contact information is current because our schools and district use your portal email and phone number to connect with you.  Follow the instructions on the Campus Portal to verify and/or update your contact information. 

For ease and convenience, the login link to every district portal can be found in the bar at the top of every district and school website.

Need a Portal Login Code?

If you do not have a portal account, contact the Family Information Center for the code.

Metro Schools students use the learning management system called Schoology. 

Parents can create accounts using an access code given to them by their student's teacher. Once parents have access, they can communicate with teachers, view work and assessments.

We have step-by-step video instructions for creating a parent account on the Technology site.

• Technical support for laptops and digital tools is available at school. 
• For password resets, students must contact their teacher or school librarian for help.

Every MNPS student is assigned a device at the start of the year. Students in grades Pre-K to 2 will keep their devices at school, while students in grades 3-12 will take theirs back and forth between home and school each day.

Metro Schools students also use a variety of digital tools - like Schoology, ClassLink and Microsoft Teams. 

By the way, the log-in for ClassLink and every District digital portal is linked in the white bar at the at the top of every district and school site and leads to the Portals page.

Our schools and teachers may use the Remind app to communicate with students and families via text, email or telephone. 

Remind is a free and convenient tool to engage on everything from class assignments to field trips to personalized student support. It also translates and meets safety and privacy requirements.

If your child's teacher uses Remind, you and your student will receive a notification to join the class.

• The best way to ensure teachers and schools can reach you is to have current contact information in Campus Portal. 
• If you need help updating your information, please contact the Family Information Center.

Eight schools will use the ParentSquare app this school year. All other district schools will continue to use Remind and switch to ParentSquare for 2027-2028.

Register a School Support Organization by August 1

School Support Organizations must register organizations for the school year.

August 1 is the deadline for all registration documents to be submitted for compliance purposes in the school support organization online portal, MemberHub/Givebacks.

Website and Social Media Procedure for SSOs

If your SSO has a website or a social media account, please follow the procedure on adding school information to an external SSO-run website and social account. There also is information on:

There are lots of ways to get involved with your child's school - or your neighborhood school.

Join your child's school Student Support Organization, become a volunteer tutor, partner through your business or organization - and much more. 

Team MNPS staff can find information like calendars, work and pay schedules, and professional development information on the My.MNPS.org employee intranet, which requires your Office 365 login.
