Nashville Public Education Foundation welcomes new Hall of Famers
Honoring graduates of and contributors to Nashville Public Schools is a great tradition at the Nashville Public Education Foundation. From NPEF Chairman Michael A. Carter, Sr.:
The Public Schools Hall of Fame is our longest standing tradition. It is vital that, as a community, we honor and acknowledge the service, sacrifice, and achievements of those individuals who rise from within our city and do so much good for their hometown.
The amazing—and inspiring—thing about the Public Schools Hall of Fame is that we’re never short on candidates. The bar is high because community, business, and political leaders of all kinds are making incredible contributions to Nashville public schools each and every day. It’s an honor to be able to take time to put the spotlight on these selfless, talented individuals.
This year's Hall of Fame class includes Margaret Dolan, Dr. Steven Eskind, Robert Lipman and Walter Overton.
You can learn more about each inductee and buy tickets to the big ceremony on March 13 on the NPEF website.
