MNPS is looking for dynamic, eager candidates to serve as bus drivers, para-professionals to support teachers and students in the classroom, substitutes and nutrition services team members.

“Every person in Metro Schools has a meaningful role in serving the students of Nashville, and MNPS is a great place to work,” said Amber Tyus, director of recruitment for Metro Schools. “We are excited to invite the community to our support staff career fair and we look forward to adding new talent to Team MNPS.”

The Career Fair will be a one-stop shop for anyone looking to join Team MNPS in a support role, such as:

  • Bus drivers and bus monitors

  • Cafeteria assistants

  • Cafeteria cashiers

  • Paraprofessionals

  • Substitute teachers

What to Expect:

  • Representatives from MNPS will be on site for interviewing and to administer the free para-professional test and cashier’s test. (Note: testing is not required for all para-professional applicants.)
