Salary Schedules
Metro Nashville Public Schools is making historic investments in employee compensation as part of the FY2025–26 operating budget adopted by the Board of Education and supported by Mayor O’Connell and the Metro Council. This year’s budget includes a $45 million investment in employee pay, featuring step increases for all eligible employees, a 3% cost-of-living adjustment (COLA), continued employer-paid health care benefits, and targeted pay improvements for teachers, support staff, and certificated administrators.
