Salary Schedules
Metro Nashville, the MNPS Board of Education, and Mayor Freddie O'Connell have made significant investments in employee compensation to ensure we have highly competitive pay and that staff receive annual pay increases, including an additional $52.5 million for the 24-25 school year that goes towards benefits, step increases, and a 4% cost-of-living adjustment.
