The Communications Department is the voice of Metro Schools, amplifying the inspiring stories, achievements and milestones that define our students, educators and district.

From spotlighting school innovations to supporting strategic outreach across departments and schools, our team ensures every message reflects the excellence and energy of Metro Schools.

Media Requests

Media requests, including requests for interviews, photographs and videotaping, should be made through the Communications Office. Partnering with the Communications Office staff to fulfill media requests ensures the safety and privacy of our students and faculty.

Record Requests

Members of the public and the press can submit records requests through the Services for You  Request form.

Public records only are available to residents of Tennessee.
