Survey Questions

What We Need from Parents to Conduct the Survey

  • Only students with parent/guardian consent can participate in our School Experience Survey. Students without a parent/guardian permission response will be invited to take a version of the School Experience Survey focused solely on instruction. Opted-out students will not take the survey.
  • Families can provide permissions or opt out their student through the online Permissions Portal or families can visit the Student-Parent Handbook webpage to print out paper permission forms to turn in at the child's school.

How We Administer the Survey

  • The School Experience Survey is administered confidentially online in the Panorama Education platform for students in grades 3-12. Read Panorama's privacy policy for details. Participation in this survey is voluntary. Students may skip any question or decline to participate.
