ParentSquare is a communication tool that enables families and students to easily connect with their schools and teachers through email, app, voice, or text - in any language.

An account is automatically created for each parent or guardian using the contact information in the disrict's Campus Portal.

What You Can Do With ParentSquare

Receive updates from your school via email, app, or text notification - your choice.
Choose to get information as it is shared or bundled in a daily digest
Receive messages, photos and important announcements
Communicate in your preferred language with automatic translation
Send direct messages to teachers and staff like coaches and counselors

Activate Your ParentSquare Account

Your school will send an invitation using the email address or phone number on file in Campus Portal. Please make sure your contact information is correct.

Open the invitation from ParentSquare in your email or text messages.
Click Activate your account or tap the link to go to the account registration page.
Enter your email or phone number, then click Get Started
1. (Optional: You can also sign in with Google or Microsoft.)
Check your contact information. If it looks correct, click Confirm. You’ll receive a code by text or email.
Enter the verification code when asked.
You’ll see your children’s names.
1. Click Confirm next to each child who should be connected to your account.
2. If a child is listed by mistake, click Not my child.
If everything looks correct, click Yes, this is me.

Now you're ready to start using ParentSquare.

Download the App

The free ParentSquare app helps you stay connected on the go.
- It’s available for iPhone and Android.
The app is not required to receive the messages, but it is helpful and easy to use.

Need Help?

Contact your school or the Family Information Center if:

A name is spelled wrong
Your email address or phone number is incorrect
A child is not listed, or incorrect, in your account

Access ParentSquare Resources

When you’re logged in to ParentSquare, you can access training and support.

On a computer, click the question mark (?) in the top menu.
In the app, tap the Help icon.

You’ll see these options:

Contact School – Send a question to your school or find contact details.
Help Articles – Search for answers or step-by-step guides.

Language and Translation Settings

You can receive ParentSquare messages in your preferred language. Language choice can be set in your ParentSquare account.

Other district schools will use Remind for the 2026-2027 school year and switch to ParentSquare for 2027-2028.
