Metro Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) Kindergarten Registration and Pre-K Application period important dates for the 2019-2020 school year are listed below. Our goal is to ensure that Metro families are well informed of the programs available for their child, and do not miss any critical deadlines.

During this school year, we have worked with over 3,300 prekindergarten students and over 8,000 kindergarten students and their families. Informing these families of the prekindergarten application and kindergarten registration process was a tremendous effort that we could have not accomplished without the outreach by our community partners.

We greatly appreciate the connection you have with Metro’s community and are requesting that you assist us by providing the families you engage with information on MNPS’ Pre-K application process, Kindergarten registration process and our upcoming 2019 Kindergarten Readiness Fair.
