Team MNPS: Making a Difference
Our ability to do our work rises and falls based upon the quality of our employees – and Nashville is home to the best.
Everyday, more than 11,000 employees support the success of our 86,000 Metro Nashville Public Schools students – in the classroom, in the lunch room, on our school buses and on our campuses.
Important information for current employees is on this page and if you’re interested in teaching the future of Nashville, we’d love to have you join us at MNPS.
Monday, Sept. 2, MNPS will transition to Oracle R12, which promises to modernize our major business systems – including all financial, human resources, purchasing, payroll and professional development functions. Here are some important updates as the district transitions.
Employee Self Service
When R12 implementation take effect Sept. 2, Employee Self Service will remain your resource to view and print pay stubs and make updates to contact information, W-4 elections, and direct deposit.
New log in information will be available on the Employee Self Service page of My.MNPS.org
Please note: It is critical all employees confirm and/or update their address and telephone contact information in the new Employee Self Service. Complete instructions are on the intranet and also available on this step-by-step instructional download.
