How to Apply for Before & After Care

STEP 1:  Application

  • One application must be completed per child. 
  • Incomplete applications will be rejected.
  • An email confirmation will confirm application is complete.

STEP 2:  Registration Fee

  • One registration fee of $50.00 is required per child.
  • Enter the students name in the section marked “comment”
  • An email confirmation will confirm Registration fee is complete.


  • As site locations meet capacity, this information will be updated on the Application link.
  • Both STEPS must be completed to confirm enrollment.  Incomplete registrations will be placed on waitlist.
  • All fees and payments are non-refundable
  • All families participating in before and after care offered by Extended Learning Programs must attend one of the two Parent Orientations offered on August 1 and August 2 from 5:30pm- 6:30pm. Further information regarding orientation will be provided via mail and email on July 21, 2017.
