Nine MNPS students have been named semifinalists in the 2025 National Merit Scholarship Program after scoring in the top 1 percent of all high school seniors in the United States on the PSAT when they were juniors.
These students are among some 16,000 from across the country who were named semifinalists this week for college scholarships totaling nearly $26 million that will be awarded next spring. National Merit Scholarship recipients are selected based on skills, accomplishments, and potential for success in rigorous college studies.
Congratulations to each of these outstanding students on this honor, and we look forward to watching you and your Class of 2025 classmates soar throughout your senior year!
