Caissa K12 Enrollment Outreach Partnership

Nashville Public Schools is partnering with Caissa K12 to expand our enrollment opportunities outreach and help more families learn about the schools, programs and opportunities available to students across Nashville. 

Caissa K12 specializes in working with public school districts to connect with families and provide personalized support throughout the enrollment process. The partnership supplements the work already happening in our schools by providing additional capacity for direct outreach and follow-up with families.  

What Families Can Expect 

Families may receive phone calls, text messages or emails from Caissa K12 on behalf of Nashville Public Schools. These communications are legitimate and are part of the district's enrollment outreach efforts. 

Caissa K12 can: 

• Provide information about Nashville Public Schools and available programs.

• Answer basic questions about enrollment.  

• Help families understand the next steps in the enrollment process.  

• Connect families with district or school staff when additional assistance is needed.  

Families may also be directed to a website to provide updated information about their student's enrollment plans.

Why We're Doing This 

Our goal is to make sure families understand the opportunities available in Nashville Public Schools and have the information and assistance they need to make enrollment decisions. 

Enrollment also helps the district plan effectively for staffing, programs and resources. By better understanding families' plans and providing additional support when needed, we can connect more students with Nashville Public Schools and strengthen our schools and programs. 

Protecting Family Information 

Caissa K12 receives limited information from Nashville Public Schools for the purpose of conducting authorized enrollment opportunities outreach. According to the partnership agreement, information is encrypted during both sharing and storing, access is limited to authorized personnel, and the information is used for enrollment opportunities services.
